General Waiver of Liability

I release Serenbe Yoga + Bodyworks, LLC and its owners, employees, and agents, and hold them from any and all liability arising out of any personal injuries or damages, foreseeable or unforeseeable, which may occur as a result of my participation in any In Studio and Out of Studio Offering including Public Classes, Private Sessions, Programs, Workshops, Retreats and/or any Activity sponsored by Serenbe Yoga + Bodyworks. Serenbe Yoga + Bodyworks In Studio Offerings Offerings include, but are not limited to the following: Pilates, Heated Yoga, Aerial Yoga, HIIT classes, Restorative Yoga, and various types of non-heated yoga. Off premise classes may include, but not limited to the following:  Serenbe Goat Yoga and all Nature Immersive Experiences.  This waiver releases all liability of activities taking place both inside and outside the physical studio located at 11090 Serenbe Lane, Suite 390, Chattahoochee Hills, GA 30268.  I hereby declare myself physically and mentally sound and capable of participation in Serenbe Yoga + Bodyworks activities, programs and classes. Amidst the current developments surrounding communicable diseases, I acknowledge every time I participate in a Serenbe Yoga + Bodyworks Offering, I am affirming that I am healthy and able to engage in practice and am not at an increased risk due to COVID-19 or other infectious diseases. If you are suffering from symptoms of a communicable disease or are unsure of your health and ability to participate in Serenbe Yoga + Bodyworks Offerings, please consult with your doctor and we urge you not to visit our studio or participate in our Offerings. If you are exhibiting any symptoms of a communicable disease, Serenbe Yoga + Bodyworks maintains the right to ask you to not participate in any Offering until symptoms subside for the safety of all students and staff.  I agree to abide by all  Serenbe Yoga + Bodyworks COVID-19 protocols to ensure a safe and clean practice space and environment for all students and faculty.
 I hereby acknowledge Serenbe Yoga + Bodyworks LLC may from time to time take photographs and videos of classes to post on their website, social media, and/or advertising. I hereby grant permission for my image to be used for this purpose. If at any time I do not agree with having my picture or photograph used, it is my responsibility to inform Serenbe Yoga + Bodyworks.  I further understand, that Serenbe Yoga + Bodyworks LLC is not responsible for the use of photographs and videos taken by other participants and bystanders that may contain my image.
